Meet the first commercial dual-metal L-PBF printer

The Aerosint powder recoater can be purchased as an option to the AconityMIDI+ printer. In its dual-metal configuration, the printer is capable of printing dual-metal parts. 
 
Other cool features of this system are: the exchangeable process chamber, high temperature pre-heating of up to 1000°C and a QUATTRO-Laser configuration.

Dual-Metal powder recoating

The Aerosint recoater module is an inter-changeable module that, once integrated, replaces the standard recoater of the AconityMIDI+ system. 

The controlling software of the recoater is fully integrated with AconitySTUDIO for a smooth user experience. 

The full printing process has currently been developed with 316L and CuCrZr. The material deposition, however, works with a wider range of metals.
